We wrote this program because as web marketers we know the value
of a well written Title meta-tag. We also know that the description
meta-tag is well used by search engines and plays an important role.
We also know that the keywords meta-tag is a vital to some search
engines and that the likes of Google tend to sometimes turn on their
assessment sometimes use keywords in their assessment of web pages
From a good website design perspective then, it is imperative that
the Title, Description and Keywords meta-tags are in place, on every
page and are specific to that page. In other words, every set of
tags on every page should be unique!
Because we run many, many websites often running up into hundreds if
not thousands of pages, creating these tags for every page would
require hundreds of hours of work. It was not possible for us to do
this and we have proven to ourselves that our results on search
engines were being hampered as a direct result of not having
appropriate and specifically relevant meta-tags on each page of our
many web sites.
Even when adding new pages, the process of thinking up an
appropriate title, generating a description and then, thinking up
all the relevant keywords or using some tool to generate these for
you, takes up far too much time!
We searched, and searched and hunted and sought out a tool like
Rapid Meta-Tags. And we found nothing that could do what we wanted
it to do, the way we wanted it to.
So we wrote Rapid Meta-Tags. It started out as a simple Title
