Example of Table Regions |
Example of FrontPage Regions |
Each region is clearly identified by a coloured box, and an icon
in the left corner. Clicking on a region will select or unselect it.
The icon, and the colour of the box, indicates the current state of
the region, as follows:
 |
Indicates that this
region is selected. This region also has no sub-regions. |
 |
Indicates that this
region is selected. This region has sub-regions |
 |
Indicates that this
region is not selected. This region has no sub-regions. |
 |
Indicates that this
region is not selected. This region has sub-regions, but
none of them are selected. |
 |
Indicates that this
region is not selected, but one or more of the sub-regions
are selected. |
 |
Indicates that this
region is not selected, but it's parent region is selected. |
If you place your mouse pointer over an icon, it will reveal a
tool tip that explains it's meaning. Holding your mouse pointer over
any other part of the region will show an excerpt of the contents of
this region.
If a region has sub-regions, it will also contain a button with a
double arrow and, if there is space, the word "subregions". Click
this button to reveal the sub-regions of this region.
Table Regions
Table regions are displayed in a slightly different way. Each
table is drawn as a box, and each cell within the table is drawn
within this box as a clickable region. The table box contains an
icon in the top right corner, which tells you the state of the
table, as follows:
 |
Some cells are
selected |
 |
The parent cell,
containing this entire table, is selected |
 |
None of the cells in
this table are selected |
Selecting a Region
Click on a region box to select that region. The colour and icon
of the box will change to reflect your choice. The Content Display
Box will immediately update to show only the selected content, and
the meta-tag boxes will update to reflect the change.
